Avant Garde Jazz Radio is an independant web hosted radio station broadcast from the largest internet radio provider in the world live365.com. It was started by me several years ago. I am both a web DJ and a Jazz musician. I think the fact that I am both gives me a special interest and love of the music. Any music you listen to on the station is music that I myself love and enjoy. If you have request please feel free to email them to me and I will review the music of interest to see if it is appropriate.

Thank you again for visiting this site and for your support of Avant Garde Jazz Radio programming. In the near future we will include a dedicated 4 hours a week to pure avant garde jazz music and another 4 hours of bebop music. I also plan on broadcasting several hours a week of new artists or the "Young Lions Club" to bring the best and brightest new talent in jazz music. Trust me when I say the void that has been in jazz over the last several decades is being adequately filled. Traditional radio stations don't play all the good stuff and this is the place to get it.
